RS Acquisitions is focused on acquiring and operating small to medium-sized businesses across the UK. Our mission is to build the UK’s leading group of B2B service businesses through deliberate and thoughtful acquisitions. Our current focus is on established businesses in facilities management, building compliance, and mechanical and electrical maintenance — sectors underpinned by strong recurring revenue and long-term client relationships.

We take a patient, long-term approach to ownership. Rather than acquiring companies to quickly resell them, our goal is to preserve what makes a business successful and support its continued growth. We aim to acquire 1 to 2 business units per year.

Every business we acquire is approached with care — ensuring continuity for customers, stability for employees, and a smooth transition for the owner. Post-acquisition, a dedicated Managing Director will be appointed to each business unit to lead operations, preserve company culture, and drive local performance. Meanwhile, RS Acquisitions, as the parent group, remains focused on identifying the next strategic acquisition and supporting the broader growth of the group.
